Delivery

We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya through reliable courier partners. Same-day dispatch on orders paid before 2 PM.

Large or heavy items (such as incubators and milking machines) may need a special courier — we'll confirm with you on WhatsApp before dispatch if anything changes.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched we share the courier name and reference. You can follow progress any time on the Track order page using your order number and phone number.

Returns & faulty items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp (+254 704 923 539) as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used veterinary consumables (such as needles and syringes) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the M-Pesa number used for payment.
