These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Gammar Merchants Limited, Nairobi, Kenya.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Kenya Shillings. Orders are confirmed once M-Pesa payment is received. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 60 minutes and the items released back to stock.

Stock

Items are reserved for you when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Product use

Veterinary equipment should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and, where appropriate, under the guidance of a qualified veterinarian.
